You know that feeling the day after a workout when you have to get up the stairs? OUCH 😱

It almost feels as painful as the actual workout!! I’ve been around the fitness industry for too long and I won’t lie; sooo many instructors and PTs don’t stretch themselves! And that was me too, back a few years ago! I simply wouldn’t make time for it in my training routine, and regret it the next day! 🍑

How I combat the urge to just leave the gym after than final killer exercise and take the time to lay down and stretch? Music!!! I always make sure I end with a 3-5min tune with a slow beat, and I fit in my stretching exercices. Here are a couple I actually learned to love and appreciate, as I really feel the muscles stretch as I do it. Do you make time for stretching after a session?
